Project Description

Share to buy are an online business who provide a “one stop shop” for affordable home ownership schemes. You can search for search ownership properties and also find a mortgage to buy them.

We are proud to have worked with Share to buy since 2004 when we helped create their first website. Since then we have built all manner of online tools to support their business (including mortgage calculators and a mortgage comparison tool) as well as run email campaigns for them.

In 2013 we extended the website to incorporate FIRST STEPS – the Mayor of London’s affordable housing programme, covering all shared ownership and intermediate rent properties in London. Before then, FIRST STEPS was hosted on a separate website at a sizeable cost to taxpayers.
